- Wednesday: “Water hike”: Hike and guided tour of the water reservoir (Deutschnofen/Nova Ponente)
- Thursday: “Yoghurt & salad: zero-kilometre salad and yoghurt production from farm milk at the Kronlechner farm & tasting” with Anna-Maria Gall (Welschnofen/Nova Levante)
