Eat, drink, sit and gaze. There’s a lot to see here at the Berghaus Rosengarten. From the Rosengarten massif from the panorama terrace to the colourful meals on the plate. What will the kitchen conjure up this time? Something new every day – that’s our motto. For breakfast and also for dinner. What can be homemade is homemade. From the Eggental valley and South Tyrol – using what grows in the Eggental valley and South Tyrol. In summer, directly from the garden and field and fruit trees to the table. And Grander water from the tap. Because food sets the tone for your holiday.
Variety? That’s our speciality. The breakfast buffet changes every day. A few fan favourites remain constant, but we whip up everything else from scratch overnight. Homemade muesli, fresh fruit juices, warming organic tea and hearty, local cold cuts. Cheese and eggs from the farm. Honey from our own bees and tasty spreads. Colourful fruit and cakes. Organic coffee. No breakfast is the same, just as no day is the same on holiday!
We love serving up delicious meals. We also love experimenting. But most of all, we love to surprise you with our dishes! That’s why our dinner is always different. Sometimes vegetarian, sometimes featuring local Passeiertal valley fish, sometimes served on a plate, other times on a tiered serving stand. Pepper soup, farro salad, homemade pasta, braised lamb stew. Followed by homemade white chocolate ice cream. With perfectly paired wines recommended by our sommelier. Everything is simply delicious. We’re sure you’ll love it!
Of course, we can’t do all of this alone. We have extra special help from farmers from Welschnofen and the Eggental valley. Their love of nature ensures that we have access to fresh fruit and vegetables every day, especially in summer. All year round, we make sure to produce ingredients ourselves or to purchase them from producers in South Tyrol. This is just as good for your taste buds as it is for the regional economy. We want to make sure you look forward to breakfast, dinner and everything in between.
